Osman and Motatein

Also, Osman decided and made an order (ijtehad) about Hajjs Moteh and Womens Moteh and he announced that both of them were forbidden! Bokhari has quoted from Marvan ibn Hakam in his book, Sahih, in Hajjs book, chapter of Tamatto and Eghran: I saw Osman and Ali (peace be upon him) while Osman forbade Hajjs Moteh and did not let people do Hajj and Omreh together, but when Ali (peace be upon him) saw this action said: O Allah, I consent to you with Hajj and Omreh. And then he added: I will not desist from the Prophets (peace be upon him and his relatives) traditions because of others promise. (Bokharis Sahih, v.2, p.151) Moslem has quoted from Saeid ibn Mosaieb in his book, Sahih, in Hajjs chapter, about approving of Tamatto: Ali (peace be upon him) and Osman were in Asfaan. Osman forbade Moteh and Omreh, and then Ali (peace be upon him) told him: Why and how do you order to forbid things that the Prophet (peace be upon him and his relatives) had done them? Osman: Go, and leave us alone! Ali (peace be upon him) said: I cannot be quiet and leave you alone! Then Ali (peace be upon him) did both Omreh and Hajj! (Moslems Sahih, v.4, p.46) Yes! This is Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) who cannot desist from the Prophets (peace be upon him and his relatives) traditions because of a persons opinion. And it can be understood from the second narration that there was an argument between Ali (peace be upon him) and Osman that Osman told Ali (peace be upon him) rudely: Go, leave us alone! It means that Osman was not ready to accept and follow the Prophets (peace be upon him and his relatives) narration. In addition, it is obvious that the narration is not complete, because at the last sentence: when Ali (peace be upon him) saw this What did Ali (peace be upon him) see? Certainly, in spite of Alis (peace be upon him) warning, the caliph, Osman, did not accept and follow the Prophets (peace be upon him and his relatives) traditions and forced people not to do Moteh, so Ali (peace be upon him) opposed him and did Hajj and Omreh.
