What is the ruling on going to a foreign country for studying?

SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association) – : Salaamun Alaikum, I have some question that are as under: 1. What is the ruling on going to a foreign country for studying according to maraja\'? 2. Are we allowed to use the meals which sale with halal label? 3. Do we become Najes after using toilet bowls considering that the tank doesn’t connect to the Kur water (a certain quantity of water which can clean any unclean objects as long as its color, taste and smell haven’t been altered)?

Concise answer
1. There is no problem per se to study in a foreign country.
2. You are allowed to use the meal if the reliable authority issues the Halal Label and you become sure it is reliable.
3. Your body treated as clean in case you are not sure the Najasat has been contacted with your body. There is no need to examine and act upon your doubt if you are dubious it is najas or not.
