SHAFAQNA Exclusive: Saudis have no right to prevent Hajj ceremonies, says Hojatul-Islam Salaar

SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association) – According to new reports, from now on the European Muslims are not allowed to go to Hajj for pilgrimage more than once in a five year period. In an exclusive interview with Shafaqna, Hojatul-Islam Salaar, Deputy Head of International Ahlul Bait Association said, the action of Saudis to limit European Muslims to perform Hajj ceremonies is against Islamic rules and added that the House of Allah and Prophet belong to all Muslims, therefore all Muslims have the right to visit these holy sites and denying these rights is against all Islamic rules.

Hojatul-Islam Salaar said this Saudi action should be pursued and Muslims have the right to protest against such decisions. He pointed to the fact that Saudis prevent any sort of action that is against their ways and they are also under influence of the enemies of Islam and these are the causes of such decisions. He added that the House of Allah does not belong to a sect, tribe or a particular country; therefore no country can prevent the Muslims performing the pilgrimage. He also referred to the limits put on visiting the Baqi’a cemetery and said that Saudis have employed some people there to prevent Muslims to perform Ziarat and bother them.
